Yoga Styles & Information

A steady and grounding practice. Hatha invites you to move with awareness, build strength, and connect breath to body — perfect for cultivating balance and presence.

A flowing, breath-led practice. Vinyasa links movement and rhythm into a moving meditation, energizing the body while calming the mind – dynamic, creative, and always evolving.

A quiet journey inward. In Yin, postures are held for longer to reach deep connective tissues, release tension, and invite stillness — a space to soften, surrender, and simply be.

Somatic Yoga is a method where we combine traditional Yoga with modern somatic practices. We work slow, with repetition and curiosity to feel what is really going on inside. We explore through the Practice of Yoga Proprioception  and Interoception, the ability to feel and understand how the body is is ins Space, and what is going on inside. Recharging, Rebalancing and Reconnecting this approach is deeply soothing for the nervoussystem.

I design all my classes accessible to everybody and every body. All levels, gender, ages, with disabilities or without… I give space for adjusting the class to the students needs and give variations so everyone can practice together but for themselves.

According to the teachings of Patanjali, yoga is an eightfold path that includes ethical principles (Yama & Niyama), physical practice (Asana), breath control (Pranayama), inward focus (Pratyahara), concentration (Dharana), and meditation (Dhyana).

In my Yoga classes we not only practice Asana but also the other practices of Yoga as written above.

There are many yoga paths — some don’t involve physical practice of Asana at all. For example, Karma Yoga is the yoga of selfless service — practicing presence and compassion through action for the benefit of others.
