About me
Hey, I‘m Ida
– Massage & Touch Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Mover located in Imsouane
My work is an invitation to come home to your body.
In a world that often moves too fast, feels too loud, and pulls us out of ourselves, I hold space for stillness, grounding, and deep connection —through the language of the body.
After studying dance and working as a professional stagedancer and Breaking athlete, I followed a path into somatic practices and bodywork. I’m a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h) with additional training in somatic yoga, accessible and trauma-sensitive yoga.
As a cert. wellness and massage therapist, I work with a wide range of hands-on techniques — from classical massage to cupping, trigger point therapy, foot reflexology, and soothing aromatherapy treatments. I’m also certified in Reiki Level 2, which allows me to integrate subtle energy healing into my sessions when desired.
A special part of my practice is Soul Touch Therapy — a gentle, body-based approach to calming the nervous system and releasing emotional or physical stress that has been stored in the body. This method has deeply influenced the way I understand healing: not only as muscular relaxation, but as a reconnection with the inner self — safe, slow, and real.
My Philosophy
I believe the body is more than a tool or vessel — it is our home, our guide, and our living memory.
In a society where many people experience a deep lack of meaningful touch, I offer spaces where healing can unfold through mindful contact, presence, and compassion.
My work is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and a deep appreciation for the diversity of human experience. I meet every person with an open heart, and I listen not only with my hands, but with my whole being.
This work is not about fixing. It’s about remembering.
Coming back to the body.
Back to your ground.
Back to yourself.
I don’t see myself as a Healer, I only provide and hold the space so you can heal by yourself.
